As per my knowledge, The project has got approval from BBMP and DHFL is providing home loan for this project. Yes it is A Khata property :)

Thats great!!! The project offers 2&3 bhk apartments but what is the size of the apartments? How about the price going on and what is the current status?

The size of the apartments ranges from 950 sqft to 1420 sqft. Presently the price of the apartments starts from Rs 27 lakhs excluding registrations and the project is expected to be completed by another six months time.
