The presence of IT Park at Hinjewadi has significantly contributed to the increase in demand for property around the Baner-Balewadi belt. Pune University also situated close to Baner and is easily accessible from Mumbai-Expresssway. A number of companies set-up their base in Baner. A 120 ft long road is connecting Balewadi belt to different parts of the city. Katraj-Dehu Road Bypass connects to NH4 that provides an outer access from Pune. So. overall locality looks promising for end users.
