Hello, Since we all have been defrauded by the builder and want our money back or our possession. At present we do not have any other option than to take a legal recourse. If you are in need of any legal help regarding any issue with regard to builders then you can contact LegalResolved to recover your claim. Contact us at 8929902903.
Hi Vishal! Kindly provide us your email id or call us at 08521228202 or 09570686733 now. We are already working to provide possession of some properties in Delhi NCR. We can definitely help you out. Waiting for your positive response.
I think there should not be an issue with the project as Ghaziabad Development Authority has approved this project and at the same time, UP RERA has also approved it. Its UPRERA Registration No is UPRERAPRJ4787
Hi all, I think Vishal should check his agreement fist. Is there any clause for delay possession and compensation are mentioned in the agreement? If yes, then force the builder to give possession with compensation. If they do not agree then file a case in the consumer forum as well as with UPRERA Authority. I am sure you will get your flat possession and compensation both in the given time by the court. Thanks
Hello Vishal, When is the last time you have discussed with the builder regarding your flat possession? As most of the property portal is showing that possession has started or project completed. One last time discussed with the builder and ask for the possession. If they are unable to give you the satisfactory reply send him a mail which later you can use the soft copy of the mail s a proof in the court or consumer forum.
Yes, I agreed with Yash. Send them a mail and ask for the possession. Within 15 days if you are not getting any reply, you can file a case in the consumer forum and ask for the compensation along with interest from the date of possession.
