Please check the status of other project of this builder. Possession is still pending in Sikka Kaamna Green and Karnam in sec. 143. Poor construction quality and not fulfilling their promises, as they are not paying the EMIs of the buyer under subvention plan No EMI till Possession.

Now, Sikka Kimaantra Greens is ready to occupy as they are giving possession for the same. many flats owners have got their flat possession. Plz. check with the builder for your possession of the flat.

But as per the RERA websites, i found that its date of possession is September 2019. One thing which is positive about this project that the construction is in full pace.

Sikka Kimaantra Greens is a residential project located at sector-79, Noida by Sikka Group. It is offering 2/3/4 BHK flats in a 5 acres of vast land parcel. There will be 400 units including flats and villas. There will be 4 towers of 19-23 storeys. Sizes of the flats are 1355-1555 sq-ft. in 2BHK, 1695 sq-ft. in 3BHK and 1895-2695 sq-ft. in 4BHK. and it's current asking rate will be Rs.4185/sq-ft.

What is the current status of this project and when are they giving possession? Are all approvals are in place? Which all banks have approved this project?

Sikka Kimaantra Greens is a under construction project and it is expected that possession date will be May-June'2019.
As far as project approval is concerned, Noida Development Authority has approved this project and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions have approved it for home loan.
