Q: Is it giving 1 BHK ? How much sq-ft price ? When is the possession ?

Builder quoted price for this project is around 10900/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is Aug 2017.

Latest Answer: Hi Satish, as far as i am aware there is no hard and fast rules and a structure for levying brokerag.. if you have approached a broker with your demands he will charge his brokerage from you... in some cases the landlord employs a broker to sell his property in which case the brokerage will be paid by him...so it depends from case to case. however if you are liable to pay , the broker will initimate you first that he iwll be charching so much either amount or percentage as his brokerage...

Q: Hi, I have a budget of Rs 1 Cr to Rs 1.5 Cr and looking for this project! Is my budget good enough for 3 bhk?
Latest Answer: Guys I haven heard that the project has very good connectivity. You have NH 8, IGI Airport is just 20 min away from the project and you have around 20 schools nearby ! the project is good enough for investment as well as investment purpose.
