Wanna buy a 3 bhk flat in sonesta i-wood in Block - E, Pls advice is there any issues in this project also whether this is legally clear titles?

Latest Answer: Hi Ranjeet, I have read that the project is facing lots of issues such as water seepage, OC not available, lift does not work and much more. I would suggest you that before buying a property here cross check each and every documents and if possible try talking some of the owners already living in this project so that you can get a fair idea.
Q:I have heard that you do not have commencement certificate for this flat. So will you be able to provide Occupancy Certificate via BDA which is very very important in the resale and legality of the flat?
Latest Answer: Commence Certificate is issued at the time of the beginning to ensure that the foundation which are set in the sanctioned plan are adhered to. OC is required to occupy. Both Occupancy certificate and Commence certificate is mandatory. Once OC is withdrwan, the amenities like water and energy could be disconnected.
