i would like to know about quality of work for tower 12 to 17 in Unitech Fresco..is there problem of seepage ?

Latest Answer: HI visited the site yesterday as want to purchase an apartment in fresco...i had basic doubts... when will possesion be given for tower 17 and has tower 15-16 be given possession? have been told that unitech is not giving promised facilities like modular kitchen a/c etc and deducting some amount from final payment to be made? i am really doubtful about the construction quality and have heard that residents are chipping in money to take care of maintaninance???

I have a flat in Unitech Close South for which I haven't still recieved possesion. Innumerable letters, phone calls and emails have got me no response from Unitech. I would like to get in touch with other owners who are in the same situation so that we can get together and solve this issue at the earliest
