Last year in August 2016 they issued letter and provided three options, hope every buyer would have been replied to that, but there is no update, it has been more than 1 year passed. Latest Answer: Hi I would like to inform all the people on this community that builder is fraud. Even cheated me with wrong commitments and money. I invested Lakhs in 2012 in Pratham Villa. But no construction is there. Even when I asked to refund my money he wasted by 3 months and then gave me cheque but they all bounced. Then I have to hire a lawyer and file a case against him. Now the matter is in court. Beware of this MAX BALAJI GROUP and all his sister concerns. They are the same. I am also going to file a case in pgportal of government. Also requesting to common floor to remove all the projects of MAX BALAJI from their site. You can contact me to join the case.
