Have anybody taken possession in Tower-2 (HIG) or any other Tower of Bengal Greenfield Ambition in New Town Kolkata?
Q: Dear Owners,
I booked a flat at HIG Tower#2 at Bengal Greenfield Ambition Rajarhat, New Town Kolkata. Project work is in advanced stage. As per developer's feedback, lot of people in other HIG Tower has already taken possession.
I have the following points to clarify:
1.The approach road to the project is still not finished and I believe it is the responsibility of the developer to complete all the facilities before handing over the same to the owner.
2.Also, there was a project delay for which developer has to refund the money for delay in completion and handing over the flat to the owner.
3.From my last visit to their sales office , a new HT charge will be imposed @ Rs 30 per sq. ft at the time of possession by the developer which was not originally in the contract agreement.
Therefore, it is high time we should coordinate with each other before taking handover and clarify the things from developer.
