Q:I am planning to book a flat in new venture under construction near to N Convention center (Auroville by Jain Srikar constructions, SY.NOS.27(P),29&32,KHANAMET(V),HI-TECH CITY,SERILINGAMPALLY(M),R.R.DIST.). I believe this land comes under Gurukul trust land but they have received approval from GHMC to construct residential project. Could you please advice whether it is safe to buy or not?
Latest Answer: So even if this is not an illegal construction, you will have to pay some kind of a compensation to the Government later on if any legal issues crop up. Investing ina house is a big step, So I would advice you not to take up this property.
