Q: Could anyone share details on how to form an owners association in fats what are the formalities included is there any builder influence or involvement in it ..min people to form when,where to register how much it costs

Q: Hi,
Could you anyone list out the major important points/docs which we need to crosscheck before taking handover of flat from the builder

for ex:
property tax slip till date
OC certificate
any other docs which we might need in future and in present

Q: What problems we may face from govt. if we buy B katha (B register) plot?

Latest Answer: B-khata is just a register maintained by BBMP official it is not considered as a valid khata. B- khata does not exist on paper and moreover for b-khata property you cannot avail for home loans also.

Q: Hi, I heard that Sai Teja Prestige is a b khata property. Will that be a problem if we purchase a flat in the Sai Teja Prestige? Is Pai Layout legal?

Latest Answer: The main problem is with loan if you are getting the home loan then you can definitely buy a flat . For future issue you have to take advice from your legal expert.
