Reliability?
Q: I booked a flat in VKC Ch. M. II and then cancelled it. Lost 10% of my booking amount as per their T&C. Was not informed about this during booking and got cheated. During my first visit they did mention they would refund entire booking amount in case I cancel the booking but its all verbal assurance only to cheat you- no value for it. Reasons for cancelling - No Water. Only tanker water and maintenance cost is bound to go beyond 5000/- per month Their clauses in agreement are totally favoring them. They even mention they are not responsible for connection of electricity or water And they are not ready to modify this after discussing with them face to face. Checked out with flats in Phase I, some of them did not even get OC - occupancy certificate ! Pls dont get fooled by their offers even if its 3200/- per sq ft and dont beleive in their extra obedience Sincere suggestion is to avoid them. In case you wish to book, pls read all their terms and conditions, understand them and then sign their deals. All the best in case you wish to go with these guys
