Is there anyone who has booked flat at SGIL Gardenia at NSC Bose Road, Garia? Is it a wise investment decision? What will be the prospects of this project?
Q:Every1 here is fake n cheater...top to down. They make false commitments and take advance money from you, post which they deny making any such commitment. Beware of these cheaters plss.Even the owner Mr. Manoj Agarwal was very well behaved when I met him before giving the advance. Post that, they even deniied the payment terms & conditions at what else is flat no. 903 they had assured me initially. Post the advannce payment, after 15 days when I paid the second instalment and asked for the agreement for sale, they denied saying that we can't sell this flat, pls look for some other flat in the building.Evryone is into some other direction with no sync among the company employees, be it Manoj ji, Ritesh, Chandraprakash or Rakesh...all fake cheater people.PLS BEWARE OF SUCH THIEFS IN THE MARKET.
Q:Three guys are partners in this project. All three of them are big cheaters. They will delay the project at their own will and won't even bother to compensate for the delay. If you do booking for a flat, they will call you on daily basis till registration is done. Once the registration is over, they will never attend your calls, they will never be available to meet. If you try to catch them in unusual routes, they will behave like gundas and use all the bad words. BEWARE of these culprits before booking a flat with them.
Q:1. Full Unit Price was Paid in Advance at the time of Booking,(March 2010)2. All dues and Full Maintenance for next three years paid prior to possession.ï‚— Possession Condition:1. Unit was handed over by builder in unfinished condition with a verbal commitment & promise to finish the unfinished work soon including final painting. Till date nothing has been completed i.e. it's not in a liveable condition.2. Also till date Car Parking has not been allocated, for whichpayment was paid in full.ï‚— Interest on delayed Construction: no response from the builder on Penalty clause
