Q:The possession has been delayed by Lodha over 18 months and lodha is telling that all under the sun are to be blamed for the delay and they cannot pay interest for it. I have lost it benefit for the last 2 years on the hefty home loan and also paid rentals...can I proceed to consumer forum?
