Q:What do you feel will be the rate PSF after 2 yrs since as of now there is very little development in the area in terms of malls, schools, hospitals, residential complexes etc.
Latest Answer: Beautiful campus and strategically located..Phase one completed and handed over to the owners...people are already coming to live there...I saw many families living there two months back....
