Q:Puravankara is cheating the unsuspecting owners with misleading advertisements and schemes. I have purchaed 2 Apartments at Purava Eternity in September 2013 under the so call POP scheme. In normal sense the possession means, apartment ready for occupation and full use by the owners. But for Puravankara it is just another way to fool apartment owners and get all their money, with the apartment being ready for our use. We will be lucky if the apartments are ready for occupancy by at least December 2013.
Owners need to group together and approach State CONSUMER PROTECTION AND NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION, to get compensation for the delays and interest cost we paid on EMIs

Q:I booked an aprtment in 2010, which i dont have the possession yet, but the inside work is so bad that i was really shocked . The tiles and the kitchen granites are chipped and have scratch mark all over, the grouts between the tiles is so dirty and cement is coming off the walls. We did complain aboout this but nothing is done yet. I am really disappoointed in this work becuase it seems like someone very unprofessional has done it and they did not pay any attention to it. Has any one experienced anything like this. They are already very bedhind in handing over the apartment and on the top such lousy work. Really disappointed in them.Save1MB
Latest Answer: Hey, since your main problem is that the interior design work is not done properly, in my opinion, the ideal thing to do is try finding the architect, and designer for the project, and tell them about the problem.If you don't get proper responses from them, then like the comment above mine stated, it is time to go to the Consumer Court.
Q:Hi,I have booked an appartment in Purva Eternity in June 2010. The completion was guaranteed for December 2010 and it kept getting extended. I have been asking for parking allotment and about the late delivery clause since last 2 years. Has anyone of you got the parking allotment confirmation from Puravankara ? I made all the payments towards the appartment cost. I have not received any reply from them on the late delivery charges as well. They are trying to force us to take handover, even though the aminities like Lift , water and electricity is not available. i have received a statuatory charge estimate of 3.68 L , which includes advance maintenance charge , which is being asked for an appartment, which is not even ready for possesion. Tottaly dissatisfied with the way Purva Management is handling the problem. Looks like the staff of Purva also seems to be annoyed , by seeing the no of times the CRM Executive is changing within months.Vivek Nair
