Latest Answer: I think you guys should add yourself to the portal group of Purva group owners. I think posting a complaint would help. The delay of the project has really become a sour point for buyers. There has been some plans to increase the price of the flats too...but, one thing I am damn sure is that this is not going on the consumers point of interest.

Q: Has Anyone of you paid the statuatory charges for your appartment in Puravankara Eternity ? As posted earlier, they have requested 3.7 L to be paid for statuatory charges , which includes KSEB Charge of 1.68 Lakhs. (ie about 103 Rs / Sq. Ft ) for Electricity. Friends who have taken appartments with other builders have paid far less than this amount. Heera Charges about 80 - 83 Rs / Sq.Ft.

Q: Hi, I have booked an appartment in Purva Eternity in June 2010. The completion was guaranteed for December 2010 and it kept getting extended. I have been asking for parking allotment and about the late delivery clause since last 2 years. Has anyone of you got the parking allotment confirmation from Puravankara ? I made all the payments towards the appartment cost. I have not received any reply from them on the late delivery charges as well. They are trying to force us to take handover, even though the aminities like Lift , water and electricity is not available. i have received a statuatory charge estimate of 3.68 L , which includes advance maintenance charge , which is being asked for an appartment, which is not even ready for possesion. Tottaly dissatisfied with the way Purva Management is handling the problem. Looks like the staff of Purva also seems to be annoyed , by seeing the no of times the CRM Executive is changing within months. Vivek Nair
