Q: Has any one bought a plot in this project. What is the price? How reliable SRR group? Any feedback from previous projects? Is this project free of litigations / leagal issues? Has it got all required approvals?

Ozone Urbana plots
Q: Hi, I am thinking of buying a plot in Urbana. Quoted price 2100 psft is expensive. What is your suggestions / feedbacks on this project? How much can i negotiate on price? I was told that this project is approved by SBI, is it true? Any other advice for me. Thanks.

Latest Answer: Compared to the prices near this township the price is not at all expensive. Moreover the amenities Urbana offers is unique. The project has been approved by several banks including SBI, ICICI, HDFC. If you are looking at long term, this should be a very good investment.
