Q:I have booked Flat in Tower N in 2009. Still no possession and builder is always giving a fake date of possession and then postponed to next date with some excuse. Also they are adding interest on delayed payment which is their mistake. They have sent demand letter on old address. I don't know what step i should take. Let me know if anyone else is also facing this problem. I'm planning to go to court and have discussed with some big lawyers also.
