Material Quality & reputation of brands @ Sobha Aspire
Q: I would like to share this concern with all those who have booked a Sobha Aspire / Elite apartment. I have booked a Sobha Aspire flat . I find the makes of electrical fittings / faucets / door fittings they have actually used is was below the expectation & image of Sobha as a premium builder. I was shocked to notice that the electrical switches were of "Salzer" make as against reputed makes like Crabtree , Clipsal etc.. The MDB & switchgear is from Indo asian, one of the cheapest in the market as against reputed makes like Legrand, Merlin Gerin, Hager etc.. The door locks & handles were of Hafele make (German) in the model flat. Here they have used Godrej. Similiarly, the faucets are of Parryware as against Jaquar. Parryware is no match to Jaquar when it comes to product quality. I would request all like minded people to come together so that we jointly take up the matter with Sobha to do the necessary changes.
