Bren paddington has not received OC even after more than 2 years of occupancy by the residents. Most residents have registered their flats but they have not received OC and every time since 2 years BREN have been coming up with one excuse or the other. Not getting OC is disastrous at many fronts including inability to do A khata transfer, Accidents, Property reselling price, and many more
