No possession even after registry done....
Q: Shipra group as a company is full of people who do not take any responsibility. I have met at least a dozen and all of them have given miscommitments. I have bought a flat almost 3 months back paid in full and registry done but still waiting for possession. At Shipra, you will feel that you are dealing with babus in some sarkaari office where nothing gets done in time. If you have funds and looking for ready to move in, this may not be the right place.

Latest Answer: have better option in Landcraft metrohomes ( affordable housing ) where you have to invest in 1 BHK to 3 BHK flats on main NH 58, under construction property with affordable prices 18.50 to 31.50 lakhs 24 hours facility and connectivity , future planning is coming over there any query contact 7251000632

Q: We are planning to buy flat in shipra shristi but i have read many review sof people and all of them are bad..can anyone suggest that now we should go for it or not.Second just want to know about electricity/power cut in that area on daily basis.

Latest Answer: Don't buy a flat in Shipra Srishti. worst builder. I have a flat in Amaltas and builder is pathetic. There staff is even more pathetic. We have had discussions with Shalini from builder, she is absolute nonsense person
