Q: 1. In the sale agreement the management write that the club house will be commercially exploited and can be given for use by public for meetings, conferences etc., That means they can literally rent it out. Are you happy with that statement. Have you fully read the sale agreement clause under the club house. The Karle Zenith sale agreement also write that they are not responsible for the quality of the services provided at the club house, if they appoint an agent or an external service provider. Is it okay like this?
Latest Answer: This is a point no one cares to investigate. Is the club house part of super built up area charged to buyers. If yes then it cannot be rented out to third parties. If not charged and the builder is only providing life time membership then it can be rented out and exploited. So in that case then the UDS per flat will be very less and the club house will be owned by the builder

Q: Give details of booking amount and completion date. Please suggest.

This is a good platform.
Latest Answer: The Builders say ready to move in..with giving a legal OC..by BBMP...once you register the property even khata cannot be given without OC...waiting since 4 years of booking...its not legal to occupy premises without BBMP OC as per law...as then the builder can absolve themselves of all responsibility once they get thier money and walk away...they are pushing owners to register and sending a self attesting letter by thier own architect that building is ready...!!! its really a joke...no legal clearance needed according to them. I guess this storm water blockage is creating issues by NGT ...anf builders dont want to spend any money to resolve it...
