Now this building is under non compliance as per BESCOM from 2017 December. July 2018 Definer was maitaining and from aug 2018 onwords association took over maintenance part however he is not handovering property related documents like electricity Blu print or water line blue print etc. This builder is useless interns of providing quality. Taken 1 lakh for providing clubhouse but still not completed. Just assume if outside quality is like this so i dont think to tell again seperately about inside flat like flooring etc. More over he will charge in necessary charges before registration. He will tell you he got the money 1 week lat from the bank after given installment date and he will charge 24 percentage on that again.
