Ajnara is asking for Pratikar in addition to the cost of the flat which was agreed upon at the time of booking the flat in Ajnara Homes. Has anyone any idea about this ? The Demand Draft of the Pratikar should be in favour of GNIDA. Kindly reply whether anyone has paid the pratikar so far.
