This money is worth 5-10% of actual value as flat cost has jumped to 2000 %, original buyer is Dead too.- MH Gov officers / are on the side of builder - you know why...How will poor buyer get justice.. I think possession date is not over. A buyer can file a case only when the project is delayed by more than 6 months. So, better buyer should put pressure on builder for timely possession in stead of filing case. Arihant Amisha is under construction project and date of delivery will be December'2016.

The location is not in mumbai region. The mumbai town region ends at Bandra. Beyond Bandra we have extended mumbai suburbs for 10-15km. You can not consider this location as mumbai region. This is semi-rural area at least 70-90km from town. Even at 2psf on carpet area maintenance, the builder would be making huge amount of money. Rs. 3psf is quite high, it should be around 2.5 psf on saleable area.

Q:Sales Department is horrible. In our case we were interested in this project but the problem occurred from their end, they have not received the 4th floor plan approved. Now they are saying that you can refund the amount only if some other investors will invest then only they can refund. This is how big names & Banners torture the middle class. So please be careful with their papers. They also recently faced problems in Airoli Project.We are investing for stay purpose not for business. We are salaried person so we want back our hard earned money.

I have already paid more than 85% of the apartment cost. The project is no where near completion and there is no construction activities going on at the site and the site looks like a ghost town and abandoned. I have been trying to contact the builder since many months but nobody is willing to give an update me on phone, email or in person. I think this is high time to be united and take up this matter through proper channel. Please give your feedback on this.
