Latest Answer: Issue is construction quality is not upto standard, so if you buy you might need to spend on refurbishing. But considering low price compared to other apartment it seems to be good catch.

Latest Answer: Not all the blocks are constructed bad. 1000 sq feet with such open area at 25 lakhs is very good. Ittina went out of control during the later stage of project and some of the flats have bad construction. The project constrruction ended in 2006 December. The appreciation of this is low because this is very badly maintained . At 3 rupees + per square feet you do not get power backup, proper children's play area, proper support from maintenance. I know lot of people who has bought 1000 sq feet has spent 5 lakhs more and got plumbing , bathroom, tiles, walls repaired and this is better than 50 lakhs appartment . If you plan to stay, enjoy nature, lot of open space, ready to shell out money for the maintenance which is not worth the amount pls go ahead and buy.If you want for appreciation and rent . Do not buy. Choose between paying 40-45 lakhs and low maintainence with appreciation of an apartment in next 10 years vs paying 25 lakhs + high maintenance open space and security
