HOW TO OBTAIN THE LEGAL DEED INFORMATION OF A GOVERNMENT LAND?
Q: : Iam a student of architecture. Iam looking for a expert advice on a land iam proposing my final thesis on.Its a land in Mankhurd i know from diffrent sources that the land belongs to Government. But i need to prove it in my university. So i need to obtain some kind of proof that proves the land belongs to goverment.Can someone please help? please consider my lackof knowledge in real estate and forgive any mistakes if there is in my query!

Latest Answer: Hi, You can get the govt land records from the mentioned portal i.e. http://deity.gov.in/content/land-records open this link and whatever information you want can get from there. This is a government of India portal which is the authenticity of your query.
