Per my evaluation, it is a good project. They are offering row houses and villas with an area ranging from 218 sq.yd to 358 sq.yd, that is 2300 sqft to 3100 sqft, with 4 and 5BHK variants. You will find east-facing and west-facing properties. The price per sqft offered by them ranges between Rs. 3450 - 3700. So, calculating based on that your investment would range between Rs. 75 lacs to Rs. 1.2 Crores. Also, I think the price is fair because they have good amenities inside the complex, and people living there seem to be happy with that.
