Query on Registration and Land Escalation...!!
Q: When the registry is going to start, my booking number is 361-B. and i heard that due to change in govt policies, builder is not able to register the NA plots, it seems investment gone into waste...!! can somebody throw some light.

How many houses are under work?
Q: I want to know how many house are still under construction.

Latest Answer: Even I am also wait for some update about the project. I heard that Bhaskar Valley is an eco-friendly residential township, and the builders are providing ultra modern facilities. Are they providing all the amenities?

ALLOTMENT DETAILS OF DEVELOPED PLOTS?
Q: You are silent regarding entire development of Bhaskar Velly plots. It seems You have hurriedly sent the allotment letter just to collect the money.Along with allottment letter you just atteched a photocopy of part plan in double A4 size paper,which does not show any refrence to which part of the plan it has? There is no site plan,no details of roads and approach,no details of surroundings,Where is the location of entire project,whether this piece of paper belongs to what site? Every thing is confusing Pl.immediately despatch1. location plan of the project.2.detailed site plan with entire plotted plots in the porject with details of roads and approaches along with the size and diamentions of plot,roads,lanes etc so that one can establishes the perfact location of plot allotted to perticular person.with out this information you will not come clean and cannot have faith of your customer.You will have do for your good and clean image.
