There are many educational institutions like Stanes Higher Secondary School, Oracle institute, Rangmal School, Rasakondalar Matriculation school, Ganga College of Nursing, Coimbatore Medical College, PSG Institute of Management, PSG Public School, The Rips School, KK Naidu Memorial Higher secondary school etc along the road.

I mean if you work in the area and you study in the area, then demand for commercial property and residential property would go up right, given other civic developments. The TIDEL Park is also only like few kms away from Avinashi road, so overall good infrastructure when it comes to all these. I think you must have heard only one constant complaint everywhere though, drainage. they should do something about the drainage channel, otherwise good place to invest.

Nice school options like SSVM world school, CMC International, etc. are there for your kids, if you have any. Like mentioned above nice colleges like GRD and PSG also there. Peelamedu rail station also nearby only and nice shopping places also. You will not face any issues with transport or basic amenities. Only problem in few areas in avinashi road is water logging problem during rainy reason.

Latest Answer: One thing I’d suggest you to look at is land and plot investments. The prices have fallen like you wouldn’t believe, almost 40%. It used to be between Rs.700-1400 per sqft sometime in 2012, now you can find one within a range of Rs.350 - 870. However, I’m not sure why it saw such a fall. Properties overall coimbatore are increasing, maybe right market to buy lands since it is so less, as per my view it definitely can't fall much down.
