I mean if you work in the area and you study in the area, then demand for commercial property and residential property would go up right, given other civic developments. The TIDEL Park is also only like few kms away from Avinashi road, so overall good infrastructure when it comes to all these. I think you must have heard only one constant complaint everywhere though, drainage. they should do something about the drainage channel, otherwise good place to invest.
