Latest Answer: Hi everybody, I also heard that yoga lecturer Baba Ramdev's Patanjali Peeth would also planning to invest Rs 15000 crore in setting up food parks in Nagpur, Katol and Amravati. The central government is aware of its social responsibilities and has given Rs 9 crore for development of Deekshabhoomi and Rs 10 crore for Kamptee's Dragon Palace Temple.

Latest Answer: As od now, in Mumbai itself, all real estate projects are required to get 60 no objection certificates before they are issued a commencement certificate for the project. CREDAI is looking at both reducing the number of NOCs and allowing its submission any time before completion of the project. He added that the present time frame of 6-24 months that is required to issue clearances to real estate projects is also proposed to be brought down to 1 month.

Latest Answer: MIDC officials said a decision was pending on the water charges to be imposed but there was also a delay on the society's behalf in submitting the papers. In the Ph-2 even though construction did not conform to sanctioned map, revised plans had not been submitted.

Q: I heard that metro will be developed in Nagpur. Is it true? If yes, then when it will be started? Any more updates will be appreciated.

Latest Answer: I heard that DMRC has planned both two routes to be in elevated system. But the airport metro stretch is planned underground. The East-West route will pass via the main railway station. The two routes will cross at Sitabuldi and a major station will be built in that place. I am very excited about metro coming to Nagpur. I hope the project will be completed soon without extra delays.
