Q: I am looking for buying a flat near electronic city, new or old but ready to move in. when i search the web I find lots of people are selling out Ittina Neela, what is the real problem? can I buy a flat at Ittina Neela? is my money worth it - i would like to stay not rent it out.

Q: The house owner Mr Mahendra pal singh is a cheated person. He has taken 30000 advance from me for rent but didnt return when i left the house. so my humble request to all the reader dont take home from him ,otherwise you will be in serious trouble.
