Latest Answer: Hi please dont buy this property they are cheater, we bought the house and paid 80%os cash on JAN 205, and they promised they will deliver by dec 2015, but still they have not completed the house, its been 3 years . now only they have got completion certificate and I am sure it is just certificate without any completion. apart from all these when we asked for interior work to do for our house, they said if we have to do interior then per day we need to pay 500 rs for the work which I am doing for my home, oh my god , it seems to biggest theft with the systemised manner, and apart from the 500 rs before we start our interior we need to pay a refundable deposit of Rs 30000 what the hell is happening just sighning an agreement we have paid around 75 lac already now to do interior why do I need to pay such amount such a fraud and cheat, please dont go for Sidarth housing, while talking they will say they are the best but it work well for them in opposite way.
