Commencement Certificate & Occupancy Certificate
Q: I have heard that you do not have commencement certificate for this flat. So will you be able to provide Occupancy Certificate via BDA which is very very important in the resale and legality of the flat?

Latest Answer: Commence Certificate is issued at the time of the beginning to ensure that the foundation which are set in the sanctioned plan are adhered to. OC is required to occupy. Both Occupancy certificate and Commence certificate is mandatory. Once OC is withdrwan, the amenities like water and energy could be disconnected.
