As far as I know the project is spread over 6 acres and 14 guntas of land.

KHB Surya Elegance is a government project. So is the project only for government employee or other people can also book an apartment in this project.

I do not think there is any criteria that only government employee can book an apartment in this project. Anyone and everyone can book an apartment.

Hi Shiva, The registration fee for apartments will be in between Rs 1000 to Rs 1500 depending on the size of the apartment. There will be around 384 units coming up in this project with a choice of 2 and 2.5 bhk apartments
