Karnataka Housing Board has launched Multistoried Housing Project with the scheme name Green Park Housing Project Kalabulgari. The projects offers 2 BHK and 2.5 BHK apartments and are characterized under Lower Income Group (LIG) and Middle Income Group (MIG) respectively.

The total number of houses offered under the scheme is 832 flats spread over 25 acres of land. Of the total number of flats 448 are LIG and 384 are MIG.

@Hanif, if you want to book a flat in this project, you can visit the site and click the tab apply online. Fill all the details required in the form and upload the photographs. Next click on the box asking if you have agreed to all the Terms and Conditions. Then click on the submit button. After that check your mail to get the online registration number. It will contain the option for you to make the payment.
