What are the different sizes of apartments available in this project and what is the rate per sqft going on in this project? How much they are charging for covered parking?

The size of the apartment ranges from 2485 sqft to 5875 sqft and the rate per square feet of apartments in Mantri Bloosom ranges from Rs 11990 to Rs 18,590 depending on the size if the apartment you are looking for.

For 3,4,and 5 bhk apartments the covered parking charges is Rs 5 lakhs but for 5800, 5845 and 5875 the covered parking charges is Rs 9 lakhs as they will be getting 2 car parking.

The uniqueness of the project is that each floor will have only two units for better privacy and also assure Lalbagh view for most of the units.The orientation of each of the units is such that it ensures ample of natural lighting and ventilation with less heat ingress.

As per the telephonic coneversation with the marketing executive, the price per sqft is around Rs 11990 and they are strictly not negotiating.

The price of apartments in Mantri Blossom ranges from Rs 3.12 crores to Rs 4.54 crores.The expected possession date is by mid of 2016.

Hey Harsha, Recently I got a mail saying that the project is still in pre launch so do you really think that the project will get completed by 2016.

@Jacob, When I enquired in 2013 it was told to me that the project will be completed by 2016 now the date has been changed to first quarter of 2017.

@Samrat, The project is known to be approved by BBMP and banks like LIC, SBI, HSBC, HDFC, ICICI, Axis and Corporation bank.
