Please very very careful with this builder. He would say luxury apartment but the amenities are not upto the standard. He also cheated people in car parking. he sold extra car parking with premium rates by squeezing all car parking. People can not even park maruti comfortably.So please take everyting written in the agreement.
What is the point of taking everything for written in the agreement...As you said that they have reduced the size of the car parking, hardly these days people will be having small cars.... What will people having big cars.

I visited the site on Saturday and told me min 3900/-Sq ft. And idea about the builders ? I read somewhere that it is by uthe Winning Edge group ! Who are they now ? I am confused ! Anyone booked a flat here ?

I have visited the site and what I liked the most is that the project it is less than 1 km to ORR and no common walls, lot of open space for peaceful living
