I have read lot of bad reviews about eapl group and amigo builders. And have also heard this builder will never get completion and occupancy certificate. Is this true? Any issues with this project?

I am planning to book an apartment in this project. Is the project approved by BBMP and what are the types of configuration the project is offering?

The project is known to be approved by BBMP and they will be providing A Khata as well. The project offers only 3 bhk apartments with size ranging from 1359 sqft to 1917 sqft. The price of the apartments starts from Rs 63 lakhs excluding registrations and service tax.

Sri Tirumala Splendor is a 8 storey project with 56 units.The rate per sqft going on in Sri Tirumala Splendor is Rs 4100. SBI has approved the project.

@Partho, I had a word with the sales person today and they are telling that the project has been approved by SBI, LIC housing Finance and HDFC. There will be 52 flats not 56.
