I have read lot of bad reviews about eapl group and amigo builders. And have also heard this builder will never get completion and occupancy certificate. Is this true? Any issues with this project?

@Partho, I had a word with the sales person today and they are telling that the project has been approved by SBI, LIC housing Finance and HDFC. There will be 52 flats not 56.
