What are the types of configuration the project is offering and what the different dimensions? What is the total price of apartments in this project?

The project offers 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with size ranging from 1250 sqft to 1700 sqft. The basic price of the apartment ranges from Rs 53.57 lakhs to Rs 78.25 lakhs plus tax and registrations.

Vrushabadri Willows is one of the ongoing project by SV Edifice. The company has developed many residential projects in and around Bangalore. They make sure that their projects are developed with proper care given to the quality aspect so as to make sure the smile of each resident. Property prices are also expected to go up by 15 to 20 percent in the next one year.

Is it wise to invest in Hennur Road? If I am investing in this area can I expect good return after two or three years?

Hennur is not well developed yet and there is a great need of infrastructural developments. However the locality has a bright future prospect. Moreover the government is planning to widen the Hennur Road to four lane highway along with the Cargo road for the International Airport.

The rate per sqft is Rs 4250 which is negotiable. The project has got all approvals from BBMP, A Khata and from all the leading banks ( SBI, Axis, ICICI and LIC).

The key features of this projects are occupation certificate would be provided, 80% carpet area, independent walls, the project is near to ORR (Outer Ring Road), all the apartments are designed according to Vaastu Complaint, good ventilation, ample car parking, exquisite landscaping and earthquake resistant design
