Q: People who have booked flat more than 4 years ago are still waiting possession. Around 35 cases filed in consumer forum against possession and compensation.
Q: Hubtown Countywoods, Pune possession process started. Finally the project is back on track
Q: Please aon't invest in Akruti or Hubtown Countrywoods, Kondhwa Pune. Because it has much more delay for possession crisis. I am a flat owner from Akruti.
Q: The people who booked flat before 3 years are still waiting possession and there are no chances to get it for another year.
Q: Hi, From past 2 years you have not given the possession as it was told to give in six months but still not given. Let me know when you are planning to give.

Q: Delay in possession is due to mismanagement or its something going on in Ackruti (may be they are diverting money of this project) but for sure the reason is not due to scarcity of sand like things what Ackruti management is trying to put in front of owners. They are not sure, they don't have any solid plan when they are going to finish and provide possession.
