Q: I am looking for a 3 BHK flat. The builder is Vandana Earls and they are quoting 3000 per sq ft. Will it be a good property to invest in?

The HSR Layout is one of the largest layouts in Bangalore. The region also has a BDA Complex and numerous parks. The region is developing swiftly. So I think it is a good property to invest in.
