Q:I have bought a flat @ Vandana Earls court because I liked the spacious design and privacy of the flats but after moving in I understood the quality of material is very poor and quality of finishing is sub standard. And most horrific is they have constructed this project beside a Granite factory which runs 24X7 producing enormous amount of noise. They have not taken any initiative to the complaints of residents. They have not even corrected electrical problems. Amenities also not completed properly. They have not provided proper lighting for the corridors.
Latest Answer: There is no dispute as such but the builder is very unprofessional and unresponsive after sale is made. The said ffactory is behind C block. After many complaints to police and KPCB the factory has reduced the noise by 50% but still it runs 24X7 and they are some relative of the land owner.
