I have not heard about the builder earlier. Any suggestion if it is a good idea to buy an apartment in this project? When is the project expected to get completed?

Date has been pushed to jun 2014 now, and the builder is quoting 3500 /sqft for 2 bhk and bizarrely higher @ 3850 for 3bhk, cant understand the aesthtics behind the same.

I have already booked a flat in this society and got legal checked by hiring advocate. The advocate says it a clean property. Also got Loan sanctioned from LIC and SBI is also in the list, so I feel the property is good to buy.

I got a SBI loan approval for my flat.So, I presume it is legally clear. The advantage that I see of the location of the flat is that it is 2.5 kms away from Sarjapur Road Big Bazaar and 1.5 kms from Hosur Road. So, IT hubs along Outer Ring Road and in Electronic City are accessible
