as far as i know they are pretty new builders with two projects previously and have done a pretty good job.

Siddartha Sapphire is a ready to move in project but apartment are available for sale, if you want to buy. Have not heard much about the builder but they have completed twp projects till date namely Siddartha Serenity and Siddhartha Supreme.
