Prestige Ivy Terraces review

Prestige Ivy League is just adjacent to Hitech City and just about 5 minutes travel distance from Gachibowli Junction. The project is spread across an area of 5 acres consisting of 3 aesthetically designed high rise towers. Although the locality seems to have adequate access to all required amenities and facilities but it is highly priced and from investment or residential point of view it does not seems viable as you can avail property in the same locality at lesser price. You can also read a good review about this project in a website:

Location is excellent and price is very good but the project is bit small in size, its just 3.6 acres, and that too they will have more than 300 apartments in this. But big problem in that area is Water. Totally depended on Water tankers.

I think Prestige Group is quoting different price for the different towers. Location is a big plus for this project, it comes ahead of Prestige Sunnyside. Price seems to be quite OK looking at other projects in the same location.
