There is a delay in the possession because the project was suppose to get completed by 2016 and now they are telling it will get completed by 2018 :( :(
As per my knowledge, the project is expected to get completed by 2018 and the price of the apartment ranges from Rs 52 lakhs to Rs 1.20 crores approximately.
The project has not yet launched yet. Sad part is that they were about the launch this project last year in Dec, but it seems that they are facing some issue with getting investors which needs to be taken seriously. When called they would state that they would launch in 3 month and waiting for BBMP approval for 25 floor. This I am hearing from last 1 year..

Monarch Aqua is a mixed used project. All the apartments at Monarch Aqua would have scenic views with most homes being able enjoy the beauty of KR Puram lake right in front of the property. Next month they are going to get approvals from BBMP and it is already in the process of approval by leading banks such as SBI, LIC, HDFC, ICICI & L&T Finance.
Project location is great and will definitely fetch good returns in the future. But the only concern is that it is very close to KR Puram main road and I heard that metro station is also coming up. What do you say is it a good idea to invest i such kind of property

The project is spread over 4 and half acres of land and will have 3 residential towers. The size of 2 bhk apartment ranges from 1070 sqft to 1250 sqft, 2.5 bhk apartment ranges from 1350 sqft to 1370 sqft, 3 bhk apartment ranges from 1560 sqft to 2000 sqft, 3.5 and 4 bhk apartments ranges from 2200 sqft to 2500sqft.
The project is expected to get completed by end of 2016. Monarch Aqua is a residential and retail development with 3 residential towers of 25 floors, one tower being a signature tower of 27 floors.
