The project started at 2012 but till now its getting delayed day by day. I was suppose to get possession by 2018 jan , they revise it to march 2019 and now new date of april 2020 is given. The big worry is since 6 months no work is happening.

Any one of you purchased a flat here in Blue waters?
Did you get the legal opinon on these approvals.I , we did not get a positive answer from my lawyer on their approvals. Also major issues like MOEF, is also not approved as they have a lake hearby.SBI has jot approved this project still, as there are many litigations.

Hi, When you know that there are so many problems in this project , there is no point of investing your hard earned money. I would advice you to go for some other projects in Hosa Road.

Anthony

Yeah Anthony, They have changed the name to SJR Blue Waters but they are not telling the reason why did they change the name. Is there any problem with this project?

@Vaibhav, Regent Park is an exclusive apartment community spread across 16 acres of picturesque, lakefront property. 7 towers with G+15 floors house the 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments, offering dramatic vistas and a relaxed, tranquil lifestyle.

@Sreya, The sales person told me that the project offers an ample choice of 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments having unique floor sizes of 655 - 2265 square feet. You can get all the details about the project by clicking on this link: SJR Blue Waters

What is the rate per sqft of an apartment in Regent Park?
Vaibhav Bhatnagar,  Bangalore

The rate per sqft is around Rs 3890 plus Rs 25 on floor rise. The price for 2 BHK starts from Rs 50 lakhs and for 3 bHK it is around Rs 62 lakhs.

SJR Regent park seems to be overpriced. They are quoting 3890 + floor rise + pool facing etc. Even maintenance seems to be on a higher side.
